Printing and packaging work may involve practical production realities such as minor color, size, material, batch, or finishing variation. Information related to these matters may be reviewed internally or with trusted production partners when needed for quality control, correction, replacement, or order support.
8. Access and Handling
Client information is accessed by Shorea Traders personnel or trusted partners only when needed for business communication, quotation, production, delivery, account tracking, or support. We take practical care to handle client information responsibly, but clients should also use appropriate care when sharing sensitive artwork, brand assets, or business documents through digital channels.

We may keep relevant inquiry, quotation, order, artwork reference, delivery, communication, and transaction-related information for internal records, follow-up support, repeat production reference, accounting, and dispute review where applicable.
If you request correction or removal of certain information, Shorea Traders will review the request and take reasonable action where it is practical and does not conflict with order management, accounting, legal, or business record requirements.
